Kindergarten Graduation!

This little boy woke up so excited for his last day of school because 1) He didn't have to wear his school uniform. and 2) It was Graduation Day!!!

The graduates proudly marched in to the graduation theme song then took their seats on the stage while all the parents fought back tears trying not to act embarrased that we were even crying in the first place.

When it came Tylers turn, his teacher read his name and the principal handed him his diploma

The Graduate. He looks like a new man :)

Tyler and his good friend Sofia. Out of 80 kindergarteners these guys were the only two half day students (you had to pay to do full day). They got to be good friends waiting in the office everyday for their moms to pick them up from school.

The graduate with his two brothers. Hopefully they can follow in his footsteps and graduate from Kindergarten someday!

Tyler with his teacher Mrs. Gullette. We LOVED her! We could not have picked a better teacher. Just one of those teachers who is so fun and who genuinely loves and cares about her students. Hope all his teachers can be as good as her!

Father and Son Campout

It's that time of year again. One of my favorite weekends of the year. The Father and Son Campout. I send my boys out the door and tell them to Take Their Time! Even though Carson stayed home with me this year, I still Love the time that I get to myself! Anyway Rick, Tyler, and Logi all had a fabulous time as usual.

Three frogs sitting on a log

They ate "manly" food like hot dogs and grape soda

Had some male bonding time with friends

They took a break from hunting for wood and telling spooky stories about the boogie man to play a few games in their PJ's

A little friendly competition!
`
And spent some quality time together around the fire.

Did I mention that Rick rented a car to drive up to the campout and this is what they gave him. Was I really that surprised that he came home from the rental car place in a Ford Mustang Convertible? No, not really. That is just how he rolls. They all had the time of their lives riding in "White Bumblebee!"(transformer)

Mothers Day

I had to get a picture with my boys on Mothers Day. I've always wanted nothing more than to be a mom and even though it is harder then I ever could have imagined it to be, I wouldn't trade any of it. Love these three sweet boys!

Lets Go, Coyotes!

Rick has always been a big hockey fan. I guess he has rubbed off on the rest of us because we all caught hockey fever this year. The coyotes were better than they had ever been before and did really well in the playoffs. Unfortunetly they lost in the semifinals but Rick and the boys were able to go to a couple of games before they got eliminated.

Tylers first NHL game.

Chewy was at the game too!

For game #2 Logan got to go as well. The boys loved the loud music, high energy of the fans, spending time with dad, and of course all the yummy snacks from the snackbar.

Childrens Museum

Childrens Museum of Phoenix. What's not to love?

You get to paint a rocketship!

Have your own ice cream stand

Serve others up a tasty treat

Get some grocery shopping done

Be able to have your own brother ring you up

Work in your own pizza kitchen

And run through a noodle forest!

Easter

I am soooo behind on blogging. I'm going to try and catch up this week! Easter was fun. Rick was off visiting his family Easter weekend so it was just me and the boys. We started out on Saturday by going to our traditional egg hunt at Midwestern University. There are always lots of activities and the boys always have a lot of fun.
Tyler and Logan with the Easter Bunny. Carson was there too but when I tried to put him on the giant white bunnys lap he went completley hysterical so we just kept him out of the picture :)

Our friends David and Joseph joined us this year. It's always wild when these boys all get together!

What a cool group of guys hanging out waiting for the hunt to start

Carson having no idea what the eggs all over the grass were for.

Logan showing off his mask he won at one of the games. I love his pose. Total Stud!

Ready! Set! Go!

Tyler sticking his big bum right in Davids face trying to box him out so he could get all the eggs. hahaha.

Logan checking to see if he got anything good inside his eggs

All the boys with their treasures

After the egg hunt we came home and colored some eggs. We decided to do it while Carson napped to keep it a little less stressful.

When I saw this egg coloring kit at the store it had my boys names written all over it! Perfect!

They thought is was great. Especially Logan :)
